"Hunger is a painful distraction from learning. Thank you for letting me offer hope through you." -a Meals 'til Monday donor
Monetary and food donations are both welcome! Please read on to see how to go about giving in either of those two areas.
Meals 'til Monday is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax deductible. We will provide you written acknowledgment of your contribution at year-end. 100% of your donations will be used to purchase food for the children. There are two options for making a donation.
1. You can mail your donation to:
Meals 'til Monday
PO Box 3072
Elida, Ohio 45807
2. You can donate securely through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use a credit card or debit card. Meals 'til Monday is charged a small fee for using PayPal (2.2% + $0.30 per transaction), which is deducted from online donations by PayPal. For example, a $100 online transaction with PayPal would result in a $97.50 donation to MTM. The $97.50 is what would be reflected on the donor's giving statement for tax purposes.
Donations of every size are needed. Due to recent changes in operations, the average sack price has lowered to $3.00. You can make a difference for a child for as little as $3.00, which will provide one child with a sack of food with 6 meals (2 breakfasts/2 lunches/2 suppers/2 snacks) to get them through 'til Monday. Can you afford a little more? $30.00 will supply 10 children with sacks for one weekend. If your finances allow, a donation of $120 will sponsor one student and provide them with weekend meals for the entire school year.
Meals 'til Monday also accept donations of food items. If you are interested in donating food items or holding a food drive to benefit MTM, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to determine the items currently needed. It is at the discretion of MTM to determine what donated items will be placed into the sacks for the recipient children. Any items received that are not able to be utilized by MTM will be donated to a more appropriate organization to help meet their need.

not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver."
